Horrible Online experience

I purchased the PS4 Marvel Spider- Man Bundle online. Payment was successful on 22/12/2024 and to my surprise the order was cancelled the next day 23/12/2024 without an explanation. When I contacted customer services I was advised that the item is out of stock. The only available store was Woodmeat and I paid for delivery. I now have to wait 2-10 business days for a refund for a mistaken that is not mine. The item is still available for purchase online but we are told that it’s not available. This was my sons Christmas present and we now sit without the items and money!!!!
