Horrible Online experience

Poor online experience

I have been trying to get my order delivered since 8am today. Been calling your contact center with no assistance. The given crourier guy won't deliver to the given address which is not my fault as a customer.

I have been waiting to receive a call from the Team leader on duty “Sifiso Sibya” and the Marketing team for 2 hours to rearrange delivery and still no response.The previous sales consultant that was assigned to me rudely handed up the phone call.
