Horrible Online experience

Makro Online is Horrible ,I ordered online on June 2025 ,I did not receive my order when I called them it resulted in them processing a refund , I begged them for my order but. They refused telling me I’ll Get my refund I 7 days . It’s been 3 month with no refund I’ve been the on calling close to R500 airtime calling then inboxing them on twitter till this day I don’t have my money
