Horrible Makro Woodmead !!!

We moved from cape town to jhb about 3 weeks ago ... We baught new house stuff as we came with nothing.... 2 weeks later got half our order.. last week Friday we got half our order after waiting almost 2 weeks... Saturday we had to go to tell them and give them the proof which we did ... They said they'd get back to us . The next day we got a message saying our stuff would be delivered the Tuesday. Today is Friday and still no delivery. . So tomorrow will be 3 weeks altogether.

Worst customer service ever.. I literally had to make a scene.. which I hate !! I've paid for stuff and yet I must struggle to get it !!

Eventually got hold of them now they say somebody must pick the stuff... Takes them a week to pick what we picked in an hour !!!

I would like to just get my stuff ! Right now I will name and shame Makro Woodmead on every single page I can !!

People do not buy for deliveries !! They charge you R400 for nothing cause you won't be getting your stuff
