HORRIBLE MAKRO SERVICE
I wish there was a Star Less than 1.
Honestly THEE WORST online purchasing experience I have ever had.
It has now been 10 days since I ordered and my order has not even begun to be processed, and it was supposed to be delivered in 2-5 days, it has till now only been confirmed that they got my money and request. I have had to call on numerous occassions, only to get inconlcusive feedback, have the phone put down in my ear, or being promised Ill be Emailed only to never be contacted. I now want to cancel but the refund takes 14 days, which means another 2 weeks before I can buy flooring for my workshop either way, losing me money everyday. I WILL NEVER SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS AGAIN

I look forward to spending the next two weeks stressing about a refund, as I know this will likely Be Makro's last contact with me below.
