horrible makro online

I first bought a stove online which was never delivered and i was told courier tried to call me but couldnt reach me but funny i never got a notification of of missed called, i had to go fetch the stove from the store. then again place an order on the 27th jANUARY 2024 for a wifi router which they stated on their website that it will be deliered on the 2nd February the latest. and guess what its the 2nd of February 2024 today and no delivery or phone call to let me know what is happening. i called the Makro customer care they said they will track the parcel and get back to me but they never did..... very poor service from Makro this will be last order and will share my horrible experience with my friends and familyt. they should discontinue the option of ordering online because it horrible and frustrating and they dont care and have very bad customer service
