Horrible Makro delivery

i purchased items online on the 29th Nov - till now delivery hasn't been done .I've been calling the call Centre and the delivery company , and no one can help ,Manager at the makro Call Centre gave me incorrect tracker number and i asked myself how he got it if items are still at the store .No ONE BOTHERS TO GIVE FEEDBACK .Every time i call i get same response (Item still at the store we will follow up) .This is so not wrong in so many ways
