Horrible Makro
I can NOT believe how unprofessional Makro is. I ordered a parcel on Monday(Cyber Monday) . It was said my parcel will be delivered on 1/12/2023. When i didn't receive it i called Makro only for an employee to tell me she doesn't have the courier's number. I then had to look for it myself,Called courier company only for them to tell me they received the parcel from Makro on 1/12/2023(Makro said they gave the courier company the parcel on 29/11/2023). Keep in mind that Makro didn't even bother to give me a tracking number. I had to call back and forth to get it
Such a great waste my time and resources. I'm extremely disappointed. I will no longer support a business this careless

What is the purpose of this apology? No one has reached out after i rep**** to your email yesterday. It is exactly 10:16 am, 4/12/2023 and nothing is said. AGAIN on my own, in my own expenses i called the courier company,the company they referred me to in Montana can't find my tracking number. The lady said it does not match their system . I called the courier company again( Value express) at 8:02am they also said they will call me back. No one has reached out
