Horrible lack of assistance

The on floor service is the worst I’ve ever experienced. You ask staff if there is stock available and blatantly tell you no. Not even to check. Then a person must go online and check store and availability and arrange this for themselves.:: What happens with training and customer care. The item I was looking for was the Almond Breeze milk. Thanks to the kind assistant that assisted me when I had to finally call in to query this..
