Horrible!! Horrible!! Service - Refund

I placed an order online on the 10th August 2024, status was "Order confirmed" for days until I called and asked what is going on. For days I was given different answers by different *********** agents until one said they couldn't get hold of the supplier so a refund will be processed to "avoid further delays", yet to date I am still waiting for my refund.

No communication was ever initiated from Makro, I have been calling, emailing with no luck. I spoke to Lungile Monco, Sinentlantla(promised to call me back but did not), Tebogo, Eugene and Salome. Those are the few names I remember out of a lot more yet none of them could do anything about my refund.

My second order placed on the 25th August 2024 was also cancelled and I was promised a refund. In total I have more than R6 000.00 refund I have been waiting for from Makro but I am not getting any feedback.
