Horrible Horrible service

Makro has really disappointed me in a big way. I've ordered many things from Makro in the past and have always been satisfied. With my latest order, I've had to follow up and it only then was things action. I was suppose to receive my order on the 18 I followed on know the 18th towards the end of the day and it's only then did your agents actually follow up with the courier. Saturday I receive a mail to say there the is supply issues and I will be receiving a refund. I kindly asked that rather then a refund and I just order another cot and no response. I've again had to follow up Monday and all I got was unsincer apologies. And requested that someone senior to call me back because my order or refund is just setting there with no action. Your agent told me there are some issues with the financial depart. Usually I would have just waited but I've explained I'm days away from giving birth and need the cot ASAP hence I ordered it when I did and expected it when it was supposed to have come. Now by the time all this gets resolved my baby will be here and days old. R1500 may seem like nothing to you and you may think I'm throwing my toys out of my box for such little money. But for someone who unemployed and had to s**** the money together, its a lot. I've had to sacrifice so much to get the money together all so my baby has a place to sleep when he gets here.
