Horrible horrible service!!!

Horrible , horrible , horrible service!!! Guys if you know the value of your money.. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM MAKRO, I REPEAT DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM MAKRO. I ordered a powerbank , firstly they delivered the wrong power bank , secondly when we try to return the item we get a message that the item can not be returned.. that is totally wrong nd makro does not value their customers!!!! POOR POOR POOR POOR SERVICE!!!!!!!!!I WANT MY REFUND ASAP.
