Horrible experience!! No delivery after I paid. No contact from Makro

What a horrible experience to buy at Makro online. I bought a R11000 fridge, ordered and paid 7 days ago. Delivery never happened.!!! I phoned the online number every day. No one wants to help us. I got cut off after a few minutes. NO CONTACT FROM MAKRO, NO SMS,NOTHING. I feel my money was ******. I cannot get through to Makro Montagu Gardens. They just put me through to the useless call centre again. Be warned not to buy anything online from Makro.
