Horrible experience and no work ethic

Horrible customer service at Makro riversands. Bought electronic equipment Saturday and i was assured delivery would be Monday. Monday came and went and no goods were received. Not to mention their switch board operators who put you through to wrong departments just to get you out their way. I should have gone to Game where my experience has always been pleasant. Anyone wanting to buy at Makro and use their delivery, I caution you to not.
