HORRIBLE DRIVER ATTITUDE AND REFUND NIGHTMARE

I ordered by Makro on the 28th of October, household items which i urgently needed, delivery was due on the 30th. your driver, Karabo, who was suppose to deliver the goods refused to deliver my packages to my door and was extremely rude when I questioned him about it.

I am highly pregnant and experiencing a complicated pregnancy, yet he expected me to go to the parking area to collect my order, which would have put my unborn child at risk. This behavior is unacceptable.

I pay a delivery fee for a reason — the expectation is that deliveries are made to my door, not that I should fetch them myself. I then proceeded to orderthose urgent items at other srores and have since been awaiting my refund after the whole ordeal which has also been a nightmare of its own!!!! Just give me my money and i promise to never be a client of yours again!!!!!!!!!!!!
