Horrible, disgusting service

On the 29 December Wednesday 2021 I went at Makro store at Springfield to told them my fridge is not cooling. Which it is not the first time I report this problem about it. February this year 2021 I had same problem. Then I reported to Makro. Springfield. They told me already defy will send technic. After days that technic guy his name was Roger come to repair it.

It is not even a year now but it started same problem. Worse as I reported on the 29 today is 31 nobody contacting me with any update. By that time my food are getting rotten. Makro will pay all my items if is nobody coming to fix this fridge for them. And I will publish this to via all social media and network. And reported to ombudsman for terrible service and deal with them. I need my fridge be sorted by today
