Horrible delivery services & Rude drivers

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the delivery service I have experienced from your store. Unfortunately, this is not the first time I have encountered issues, and I feel it is necessary to bring this to your attention.

The delivery was delayed, the order was changed delivery date without confirming with me .This has caused significant inconvenience, especially as it is not an isolated incident

I highly value the products your store offers, but the recurring delivery issues have impacted my overall experience as a customer. I would appreciate it if you could review my case and take steps to ensure a smoother delivery process moving forward.
