Horrible delivery service

What a horrible service I've received from Makro online. I placed 2 orders on the 23rd of December and one of my orders was split into 3 deliveries (MAK***). 1 was delivered on the 24th, I was expecting a handheld vacuum cleaner but instead got a mop. The second delivery was due today (27th) and I recieved no word. The last delivery is scheduled for the 30th, hopefully everything will be delivered then.

The second order was also scheduled for today the 27th (MAK***) and I was pleased with this date as I needed the stuff for the 28th. I got a notification on the 24th that my order had been handed over to a courier and that I would recieve it on the 24th with a track on the driver. He decided to go to Limpopo with my order and then proceeded to issue a notice that he could not reach me. The same thing happened on the 26th and this time the driver went to Soshanguve and later issued a notification that I could not be reached. I am still waiting for my orders and I honestly regret placing them
