Horrible Delivery and Customer Service MAKRO

I have ordered hoses for my washing machine in 11-Dec-23 to date 05-Feb-24 I still have not received them, I have reported it on Hello Peter they apparently tried calling me after leaving this review but did not get a hold of me that is what was said on email I was asked if I wanted a refund or the hoses I rep**** on email stating that I need the hoses but still nothing received and also no correspondence from Makro after the last email
