Horrible delivery and customer service.

I ordered groceries online on the 21st of December 2024, to this day I have not gotten my order. I have sent emails but only got automated emails back, I have called multiple times and all they say is that they'll escalate the issue. Which they have not to this day I have been calling begging for a refund or for my order to at least be delivered even though I don't need all this thing( Christmas shopping).
