Horrible customer service no delivery of items ordered

Ordered from Makro SA online what a appalling experience from the online team, emails not responded to, phone rings unanswered so tired of running after them for an update on an order for a TV place on the 25th of November the status was updated on the 26th to packaged but no update since then. Please save your money and never order from them online
