Horrible customer service
I bought artificial grass online it got delivered 27.12.24, went into Ottery Makro to return it as it's the wrong grass, only to be told an outside company supplies it so I must do the return on the app which I did on 4 Jan 2025, I've laid 2 complaints as to date this grass was never collected yet feedback via email states it will be collected in 2 to 4 working day's we are on the 19th of January I bought from Makro Site who u get your merchandise from isnt my problem but I am now not being refunded as nobody is interested sort this out I'm a regular makro customer but it seems use don't care to lose customers

23 Jan 2025, 13:36I received an email from your department asking if my order was collected again service delivery failed the very person who was given this complaint has no idea what's going on, why can't use call me I Said so many times I'm still waiting collection why else am I complaining
