Horrible customer service

What a horrible service ¡!!!!!!!! Week 5 and still waiting for feedback. Funny how they keep closing my query and ignoring my complaint! They keep saying they responded privately which they never did DEAR MAKRO I WANT MY REFUND..... Or am I being ****med?
