Horrible customer service

I ordered a set of travelling bags online on the 19th November 2025 and the order was said it will be delivered on the 28th November 2025. The 28 November came and pass, i called Makro online department to check what could be the delay, i was informed that the order is not yet dispatched and they will escalate the complaints. Few hours later i received a call from Makro telling me that they have cancelled my order and they will refund me after 7 to 14 days. I asked what am i supposed to do because i wanted the bags for my vacation which i am leaving sunday and i don't have another money to buy the travelling bags but they did not give me a solution.
