Horrible customer service by Makro…. Horrible. Chamberlain is so much better don’t buy from Makro!!! Horrible horrible

Horrible, atrocious service of epic proportions!!! I ordered on the 13 th July online, items of which were confirmed to be in stock. And then two days later, my order is Vance without any explanation. I follow up the following day as to why is it my order was cancelled and I’m told items are not in stock. I now request R11k refund, of which I urgently need as a small business, and I’m told I can only get this ten working days later? This is utter nonsense! I demand my money back! I mean when you took it it was instant? Now to return my hard earned cash I have to jump through hoops to get my money back, for a zero service received from your company that literally prints money on a daily. It’s not like you can’t afford to eft the money back to my accounts. This is unacceptable! This is wrong! I demand my refund today.
