Horrible customer service.

Makro customer service is absolutely horrible. I received a dupe Stanley cup for the price of an original Stanley cup. I logged a return and they keep giving me the run around with collection and my refund. The Makro social media team keeps making empty promises and all the consultants keep putting me on hold then hanging up the line without assisting me (this seems to be a norm at Makro based on other reviews).
