Horrible customer service

Very bad service from Makro. Purchased a washing machine a month ago at Makro, machine was only working for 2 weeks and decided to stop working. I logged the request online for a return and Makro seems to not be bothered. I spoke to different people from call center to technicians for the past 2 weeks and no one ever came out. Last call was yesterday to guy who advised he was going to send out the technician and still waiting. I would love Mlro to come and get the machine and refund me my money so I can go and purchase somewhere else where retailers actually would know that we do not purchase washing machine out of boredom because we have money to waist but for because we need to do washing.
