Horrible customer service.

Customer service is absolutely horrible. I've always seen reviews and never thought it would be me, lol.

I order a few items from the Makro website, turn around time was incredible. Ordered on the 31st and by the second I got a notification that my order will be delivered.

This might not necessarily be Makro but the courier company responsible but tell me why my order was delivered on the 3rd of April at 02h00 a.m??????????????????? I had to get up past midnight to receive an order. Received my order and went through it the morning. To my surprise, it was incomplete, went online and it was updated to delivered. EVERYTHING DELIVERED, haibo??? Njani??? I am missing two items. Well, been calling since then to date, still no assistance. Zero. No feedback, nothing.
