Horrible customer service

What pathetic customer service. Ordered a mouse online and submitted the documents the very next day for a refund. The refund was rejected as the package was opened and to date the item has not been returned. Not a single call unless initiated by myself. I’m out of product and out of pocket. All I want is my money back! You have your goods!
