Horrible customer service

I purchased a smart watch but they delivered a wrong item booked a collection back in May around the 23rd item was redirected back to myself after couple of days Called customer service for assistance 3 times they kept saying I must rebook collection myself but I am not able to as the original collection still live but the item is still with me. I have sent emails as I need the item to be collected and refunded up until today I am still waiting mind you the initial collection was booked in May and now we are approaching July still waiting

I have not seen such bad customer services with no remorse for the customer as firstly they delivered wrong item now I must still wait months

Who will compensate for my time chasing this up I believe I should now take the legal route under my consumer rights
