Horrible customer service

Honestly, I have no idea how you guys run your business. I have been taken for the pillar to post with my refund. I was told my refund has been actioned however I haven't received any proof of the refund that I requested.

How hard is it? You guys failed to deliver. I have made a purchase with Takealot and they have delivered already. My online order has not yet been canceled till today. Can I get my refund back today?
