Horrible customer service
I’m so appalled at the service I have received from makro from Simon Booi and his Manager Sipho Nkabinde upon purchasing Two bicycles for my Kids I was told I would need to take the bicycles with me home and than drive them back for assembly I asked if I could keep them here till tomorrow I was told that they are like pick n pay I pick n pay and leave it’s not their problem when I asked the manager Sipho for a complaints form he **** and said they don’t have such a form I have bought half of my appliances at makro I’ve never had such poor service. Now I’m forced to ask for delivery just so I don’t have to make two trips for the Bicycles

I’m am now back to being a happy Customer thanks to Shonald Somo and Mr Lebelo after hearing my cries they offered to drive all the way to my house and assemble the bikes what a champion . This is the service I know Makro to be capable off . You are clearly deserving of that Managerial position so eloquent and so efficient I thank you my good sir . My kids are going to be so excited
