Horrible customer service

I am writing to express my deep frustration and dissatisfaction with the recurring issues I have encountered with the 3KG Hisense Washing Machine that I purchased from Makro Online on 13-11-2022. Since its purchase, the machine has been plagued with persistent problems, despite multiple attempts at repair.

The troubles began on 29 November 2023 when I first encountered issues with the washing machine. Promptly, I booked it for repair, expecting a swift resolution. However, despite the diligent efforts of your technicians, the problem persisted until mid-January 2024, after four to five visits to my residence. Unfortunately, shortly after the apparent resolution, the same issue resurfaced, necessitating another repair on 5 March 2024.

To my dismay, the repair process dragged on for an entire month, culminating in the machine being taken to your repair center. Even after the machine was returned at the end of March 2024, it was a mere week before I began experiencing the same problem again. Frustratingly, I booked it for repair once more on 8th April 2024, only to be met with silence from your technicians for over a week.

Throughout this ordeal, I have been in contact with Nkateko Mashele from Makro, who is well aware of my ongoing struggles with the washing machine. Despite her assistance, the situation remains unresolved, and I am left without a functioning washing machine for extended periods.

It is disheartening to feel that my concerns have not been adequately addressed, and it appears that the repeated attempts at repair have been ineffective. I am at a loss as to what it will take for this machine to be replaced, as it is abundantly clear that repair attempts have been futile.

I implore you to take urgent action to rectify this situation. Given the persistent issues and the significant inconvenience I have endured, I request that the faulty washing machine be replaced promptly. I trust that you will prioritize resolving this matter and restoring my confidence in Makro's commitment to customer satisfaction.
