horrible customer service
I bought a 7Kg front loader over 2 weeks ago and the delivery guys did not explain that the bolts needed to be removed. Mine you it's kg first bug buy.
Last Friday I tried doing laundry and the machine literally would stop making a horrible noise vibrating. He sat I was on the phone even today with Makro head office even trying to get through to Montague gardens but No one takes my calls . Service is absolutely pathetic

Why am I being charged for this in the first place when I paid over R5000 for a machine. This is *******.
Also why did the Makro guys not assist me. I'm a lady did they really think I would be able to do that by myself
