Horrible!!!!!!

The only reason I'm Giving 1 star is because i can't give zero starts. I've been waiting 2 weeks for a refund on my order and I keep getting the run around. A hello Peter agent phoned me and tried to assist me but now they are saying it can take another 14 days. So 1 month I waiting for my refund but they came and collected their product that they incorrectly sent within 2 days. They were quick to get their property returned but now I must wait a month for my refund like I'm the one that made the mistake in the first place. I need to order from another company the product they failed to deliver and I need to do it with the money that they are taking forever to release.
