Horrible!

On March 28th 2023 I received 2 water bottles instead of action figures i ordered for my Son. I immediately called and logged my return for the products. It has been almost 2 month now and i still haven't received my refund. After many emails and hours on the phone with management. All they blame is the system but nothing gets done about it. nobody can explain to me why my money has not been paid back or when.
