This is the last review I am writing about Makro and hopefully this will be my last interaction with them because they are very arrogant and think that they operate in a monopoly and can get way with inefficient service. Firstly I do not understand why I get a laptop mouse delivered and not my microwave which is the item I queried to start with, also does it makes sense for a vehicle to delivery a tiny mouse and leave microwave behind?

Also initially I was told someone would get back to me but I assume that person is on holiday and since my money is not important I didn't get an explanation or an apology.

Now I have waited for more the 17 days now for a simple microwave and today when I call I am told the item is with DSV, now I am not sure who is most useless between but all I know is that I would never recommend makro to anyone after this experience because we work hard for our money and clearly the staff at Makro don't know that because even when you call in nothing ever happens.

So in closing, I would appreciate that my last item which is my microwave be delivered so I can part ways with Makro
