<p>Whilst trying to purchase an oven, 3 sales persons were attending to 1 client. We waited for approximately 5 minutes which is quite a while for someone to assist us. Eventually a lady did, then she sent us to the TV department to pay so that we didn't have to stand in the long queue at the exit. We waited whilst 1 person was being attended to at the till. It was a big laugh & a joke - the teller had the gall to flirt with the guy at the same time - I kid you not, this guy had 4 yellow shirted staff talking to him & we sat & waited for at least 5 minutes. Not 1 person so much as acknlowledged that we were even there! I then went to customer services, whereby I filled in a complaint - what a load of BS, no one has phoned or even contacted us to date. Very poor service to say that there are so many staff on site,but no one to help! score = 0/10</p>
