Hopelessly poor service

Horrible experience trying to get feedback for an online purchase in early November that is still not delivered. After numerous e-mails and hundreds of failed phone calls still no closer to get my delivery done. Today it took 3 hours before someone at the call centre answered the phone ( ********** 000) and then she was rude and unhelpful and then made hold on until the phone died again. This is extremely disappointing since a previous experience was wonderful, but after this I doubt if I’ll ever shop at Makro or Makro online again.
