Honest and Trustworthy Service at Makro Arbor Crossing

I would like to thank the team at Makro Arbor Crossing for their excellent honesty and customer service. I recently (8 Nov 26) lost my smartwatch while shopping at the store. After realizing it was missing, I reported it and went through all the necessary verification processes. To my surprise and relief, my watch had been safely kept by the staff, and I was able to collect it about three hours later.

In today's world, when you lose something valuable, there's often little hope of getting it back. Many people would expect a lost item to disappear forever. However, the staff at Makro Arbor Crossing showed integrity and professionalism by keeping my smartwatch safe until it could be returned to me.
