Hisense/ Makro No Customer Service

I am struggling with Hisense just to get my washingmachine fixed and machine not even a year old. They just don't care and its been 3 weeks now and still not getting closer and now have no more clean clothes. I will not recommend anyone to buy Hisense as well!!!!!! Although the lady from Makro is trying to help, I do feel that they can assist more, as Hisense just don't want to assist and Makro has better contact with them. I do not expect my monye back but am willing to take store credit as I do want to support Makro.
