Hisense applianses from Makro

I bought a Hisense gas hob and electric oven from Makro on 30 June 2023. I employed an artisan to install the appliances and a gas/electricity technician to fit the gas connections which had to be "compliant". When I opened the oven door, the rubber gasket was loose. I contacted Makro who told me to get hold of Hisense. Weeks later, Hisense eventually came to inspect the problem and after numerous calls and emails, Hisense eventually replaced the rubber gasket. I contacted Makro again with a problem with the gas hob. They again told me to contact Hisense. Weeks later, Hisense sent a message to say I must bring the appliance to them for repairs. I don't believe that it is my problem. I bought the appliances in good faith from Makro. Now I am told to go to the expense of hiring an artisan to uninstall the hob, employ a gas technician to disconnect the gas fittings and a strong person to carry the appliance to my car (since I am 76 years old and have back problems) and then also drive to Hisense (wherever they may operate). Does anyone have any advice for me? Clearly, it's not a good idea to buy appliances from Makro as they do not honour their guarantees nor Hisense products since they don't offer after-sales service.
