HISENSE AND MAKRO APPLIANCE MALFUNCTION AND I DONT CARE ATTITUTUDE TOWARDS IT.

I bought a New fridge from Makro WONDERBOOM JUNCTION and it has 4 years warranty and less than 2 years it was no longer getting cold since last week i went to the Makro there at wonderboom junction where i bought it from with the warranty paper and the reciept to complain, they referred me to the Hisense guy who ask for the serial number and the receipt and he made a copy of it then collected my contact number and address and said they will call their technician to come and check, its been days now no one called or even let me know if they made any appointment with the technician to come and fix or do anything, everything i had in the fridge now messed up and thrown away...is this how HISENSE are and MAKRO???????? THIS IS VERY BAD.
