Highly Disappointed with Makro - Unreliable Suppliers!

Purchased headphones for my sons birthday through Makro. Twice the order was cancelled. The first time the Supplier (Techno City) did not have stock the second time because the courier could not pick up from them (Techno city). My sons birthday is long gone and I've just been told by Makro that my order is cancelled. Highly Disappointed. Why have a supplier that is so unreliable. All I get is a refund and a sorry! Sorry does not make up for my sons disappointment!
