Highly disappointed with Makro Online order

To say am highly disappointed would be an understatement. I bought a laptop from Makro on the 13th of January, online. My purchase was promised to be delivered within 7 days. That did not happen. 12 days later, on the 25th, I called Makro and enquired about my online purchase, the lady I spoke to, Victoria I think, said she will check for me, came back with a response that was not going forward because she also didn't know why I hadn't received my order, after 17 mins of holding on the phone, using my own airtime (a call which I recorded too). On the 28th, which was yesterday, I tried again to call Makro, another recorded call where the agent on the other end asked me for my order number and as I went onto my email to check, she happily dropped my call. It's been 16 days, and still my order has not come. Mind you I bought a washing machine from Game on Monday and that order came through within 3 days. Makro... You have lost me and my family and my friends as loyal customers.
