Highly disappointed in makro online

After several months of having a smooth experience with makro online I never thought I would be one of the customers that would one day regret from purchasing from them online, I placed an order for groceries on the 16th and received an email that my order would be delivered on the 18th and it wasn't, and I did a follow up and at first was told that I should wait a bit because the 5 days hasn't passed my order will be delivered, yesterday I called them again and that's when I spoke to one their consultants and he told me that he will contact the store and revert back of which he never did. This morning my husband called again and spoke to some lady who then escalated the matter once more and gave us the store number.

We called the store only to be told that the order was done via a supplier and we have to call the supplier, we called the supplier and he told us the order is there but he is not sure when will the delivery be made and he advised we wait again for 5 working days. I ordered basic necessities which we use everyday, I have ran out of them, like what am I suppose to do really, and to think I have to be the one that follows up and they don't even care to inform me of anything is really frustrating.
