Highly disappointed as a prize winner from Makro

We entered a competition that Makro was running. To our amazement we received a call on the 28th of October 2022 from Xoli the prize co ordination for Makro. We were given 5 days to accept the prize vai a legal document which we did. We were contacted once since them by Makro's contractor who were meant to come and install our prize. Everytime we enquire they promised it will be done during the week of our enquiry. The we get a email stating they are waiting for parts. A week has gone by again no word. We called Xoli who as the Makro prize co ordination did not even know that we have still not received our prize and promised to come back. But.... nothing this is truly going from a high to low.
