Highly disappointed

So I bought a 21-piece Tissolli pots from Makro 2018 because the price was reasonable. The pots came with a spatula, slotted s****, a strainer s**** and a ladle. I've been using the 4 s****s as well as a small pot and the one size above that and a pan. All have been working perfectly and I have no complaints about. The rest of the pots I kept because I had no use for them as I was using my other pots.

So Christmas day I decided to use the big 5L pot since I was cooking a big lunch. So there was a lot of curry left over in the pot so I just decided to put the pot in the fridge rather than to transfer it into a container. Every time someone wanted to dish up, they would just take out the pot from the fridge and put it back in after they are done.

So today I wanted to use the pot again so I took it out of the fridge and I noticed to cracks going down the side of the pot. I don't understand why a pot that I've only used once would crack and the others that I have been using for longer are still fine.

I'm just disappointed that one can actually come across something like this with a product that they have purchased from Makro because Makro is associated with quality.

It's unfortunate because they have lost my business for fear that something like this might happen again.
