Hideous service - never buy online with these guys

You guys are a joke. I have been waiting for my order and now am told it's canceled on the 5th of May 2023 but at the same day I received a sms that says you are delayed but working on the order. Which is which. What the hell is going on with you guys? Are you struggling or you just don't care?
