<p>hi there i bought a carrier luggage bag on wheels at Makro last year December 2015, its for my grade 1 little girl and its now 8 months and the luggage carrier under at the wheels cracked. I paid R499 for the luggage bag and now its broken. She doesnt have too much to out in and she works with it nicely and its still looks new but cracked infront underneath. The zip is also wearing out. I just want to know and let you know about my complaint cause i bought it for her too use it long tume during her primary school and now...... Thank you for bringing this to our attention, we appreciate the time you took to report your dissatisfaction with the school bag purchase at our Vaal stores.
We will refund or replace an item that fails in the first 14 days of purchase.
If it fails after the first 14 days – but still in the warranty period – the Supplier will assess the item and action a repair.
The supplier has up to 6 weeks to repair the item – however the vast majority are completed quicker than this.
Kindly hand in the bag at our returns and repair counter to be repaired and you may be charged.
Please accept our apology for any inconvenience caused.
